Home for christmas

Tomorrow I’ll be going home for christmas. It looks like we won’t have a white christmas this year. After all the snow at the beginning of the month the temperature rose again and now it’s mucky and wet outside.  So it’s with watery eyes that I’m posting these pictures from two years ago, when we were snowed in over christmas. It was beautiful, and romantic, and a total nuisance. Most of the family couldn’t come, my sister got stuck in the Netherlands, and we had to walk to the next town to go shopping. But I’m still hoping for a miraculous repeat this year.

Happy holidays, everyone!
